BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of a portion of a subsurface pedestrian access easement to 1505 Elm Street Owners Association, the abutting owner, containing approximately 2,695 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owner to eliminate the existing easement no longer needed. The cost for this abandonment is the processing fee calculated pursuant to the Dallas City Code.
Notices were sent to 87 property owners located within 300 feet of the proposed abandonment area. There was one response received in opposition to this request.
