BACKGROUND
This item grants a private license to Gaston & Good Latimer, LP, for the use of approximately 2 square feet of aerial space to occupy, maintain and utilize a premise blade sign over a portion of Elm Street right-of-way near its intersection with Good Latimer Expressway. The use of this area will not impede pedestrian or vehicular traffic. The term of this license is forty years.
The licensee will indemnify the City and carry general liability insurance naming the City as an additional insured.
