BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of a portion of a utility easement and two lateral easements to Riverside Camarillo Texas 7/11, LLC, the abutting owner, containing a total of approximately 2,205 square feet of land. The areas will be included with the property of the abutting owner for commercial development. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
