Authorize (1) a Standard Utility Agreement with the State of Texas, acting through the Texas Department of Transportation, for water and wastewater main relocations and appurtenance adjustments in various locations near Interstate Highway 45 (Julius Schepps Freeway) and U.S. Highway 175 (S.M. Wright Freeway); and (2) the receipt and deposit of funds from the Texas Department of Transportation for the reimbursement of project management and construction inspection costs for the reimbursable portion of the project - Estimated Revenue: Dallas Water Utilities Fund $24,536.64

BACKGROUND
This project consists of constructing approximately 3,200 feet of water main ranging in size from 6 to 30 inches in diameter, 2,400 feet of 8-inch diameter wastewater main, and water and wastewater appurtenance adjustments in conjunction with paving and drainage improvements by the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) in various location near Interstate Highway 45 and U.S. Highway 175. TxDOT has designed the paving, storm drainage facilities, and the water and wastewater main relocations and appurtenance adjustments. TxDOT has agreed to incorporate Dallas Water Utilities (DWU) water and wastewater main relocations and appurtenance adjustments into their construction contract and administer the project during construction.
Under the Standard Utility Agreement with the State of Texas, acting through TxDOT, TxDOT will reimburse DWU for the cost of staff salaries for project management and construction inspection required for the reimbursable portion of the project.
