BACKGROUND

 

This item grants a private license to Taylor Street 2111, Inc., for the use of a total of approximately 1,352 square feet of aerial space to utilize, occupy and maintain seven awnings without premise signs over portions of Marilla Street right-of-way near the intersection with Pearl Expressway. The use of these areas will not impede pedestrian or vehicular traffic. The term of this license is for 40 years.

 

The licensee will indemnify the City and carry general liability insurance naming the City as an additional insured.
