BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the acquisition of an unimproved tract of land containing approximately 2,974 square feet of land, from Vishwanath Hotels, LLC. The property is located at the intersection of Empire Central Drive and Prudential Drive and will be used for the Dallas Floodway Project. The consideration is based on an independent appraisal.
