BACKGROUND
On October 11, 2011, a professional services contract with GSR Andrade Architects, Inc. was authorized for improvements to the DeGolyer House and the Camp House and installation of new sidewalks along Garland Road at the Dallas Arboretum located at 8525 Garland Road, in an amount not to exceed $72,100.00, by Resolution No. 17-1600.
On January 9, 2019, City Council authorized Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the professional services contract with GSR Andrade Architects, Inc. to add design development through construction administration at the Dallas Arboretum located at 8525 Garland, in an amount not to exceed $172,865.00, from $72,100.00 to $244,965.00.
On October 16, 2020, Administrative Action No. 20-6205 authorized Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to the professional services contract with GSR Andrade Architects, Inc. for improvements to the DeGolyer House Complex East Wing to provide design services up to design development for adding public restrooms at the Dallas Arboretum located at 8525 Garland Road, in an amount not to exceed $41,500.00, from $244,965.00 to $286,465.00.
