BACKGROUND

On, February 14, 2021, a Texas Disaster Declaration for the Texas Severe Winter Storm (EM-3554-TX) was put into effect.

The Department of Housing and Neighborhood Revitalization (Housing) has identified an emergency need for home repairs related to the 2021 Texas Severe Winter Storm, an activity to provide assistance to low- to moderate-income persons at or below 80 percent of the area median income (AMI).
