BACKGROUND
Plaintiff Rodney Fritz filed a lawsuit against the City of Dallas seeking compensation for alleged bodily injuries and other damages sustained in a motorcycle collision on August 7, 2018, involving a Dallas Police Department vehicle. The City and Mr. Fritz have reached a proposed settlement subject to City Council approval. Plaintiff is represented by The Law Firm of Aaron A. Herbert, P.C.
PRIOR ACTION/REVIEW (COUNCIL, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS)
City Council will be briefed by confidential memorandum regarding this matter on March 19, 2021.
