Dallas Water Utilities (DWU) owns and operates a 33-inch diameter sanitary sewer pipeline at the Royal Oaks Golf Course near 7915 Greenville Avenue just west of White Rock Creek. The existing concrete sewer was built in 1953 and structurally failed, forming a sink hole at this location. DWU investigated the condition of the 33-inch interceptor from manhole to manhole and found the reinforced concrete pipe broken and the cured in place pipe lining collapsed.
