BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of a portion of an easement to the Plano Independent School District, the abutting owner, containing approximately 6,414 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owner for expansion of its service center. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code; therefore, no appraisal is required
