BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of two drainage and two detention area easements to Land Link Realty, LLC, the abutting owner, containing a total of approximately 255,994 square feet of land. The areas will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct a single-family residential development. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code; therefore, no appraisal is required.
