BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of a portion of a water easement to Lantower Midtown Dallas LP, the abutting owner, containing approximately 818 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct a multifamily development. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required.
