BACKGROUND
This item grants renewal of a revocable license to Commissary at 1217 Main, LLC, for the use of approximately 80 square feet of land to occupy, maintain and utilize the existing sidewalk cafe on a portion of Main Street right-of-way near its intersection with Field Street. This renews the rights previously granted by Ordinance No. 31014. The use of this area will not impede pedestrian or vehicular traffic. The term of this license is seven years.
The licensee will indemnify the City and carry general liability insurance naming the City as an additional insured.
PRIOR ACTION/REVIEW (COUNCIL, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS)
On October 24, 2018, the City Council authorized a revocable license to Commissary at 1217 Main, LLC for the purpose of maintaining and utilizing a sidewalk cafe on a portion of Main Street right-of- way by Resolution No. 18-1500; Ordinance 31014. The term of this license was five years.
