BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of a portion of a wastewater easement to MG Clarendon, LLC, the abutting owner, containing approximately 7,749 square feet of land. The area will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct a town home development. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code, therefore, no appraisal is required
