BACKGROUND
The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) and the City of Dallas entered into the original contract on October 20, 2016.
Amendment No. 1 to Interlocal Agreement #2016-20-20-NCT extended the original contract for three years, which began October 20, 2020 and ended on October 19, 2023.
This action authorizes a new five-year Master Interlocal Purchasing Agreement between the North Central Texas Council of Governments and the City to contract with eligible entities to perform governmental functions and services, including the purchase of goods and services through its SHARE Cooperative Purchasing Program TxShare.
