BACKGROUND
This item on behalf of the Department of Transportation and Public Works authorizes acquisition from Rickey Wilson of approximately 4,342 square feet of land near the intersection of Cleaves and West Levee Streets for The Bottom Revitalization Infrastructure Project. This property will be used for street and sidewalk improvements. No relocation benefits are associated with this acquisition. The consideration is based on an independent appraisal.
