BACKGROUND
This item, on behalf of the Park & Recreation Department, authorizes the acquisition of a hike and bike trail easement from Prime Diamond Investment, LTD. of approximately 764 square feet of land located near the intersection of Waterview Parkway and Frankfort for the Cotton Belt Trail Project. This property will be used for a hike and bike trail. The consideration is based on an independent appraisal. There are no relocation benefits associated.
PRIOR ACTION/REVIEW (COUNCIL, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS)
On June 20, 2024, the Park and Recreation Board authorized this item.
