A public hearing to receive comments regarding an application for and an ordinance granting (1) a Planned Development District for MU-1 Mixed Use District uses; and (2) a resolution terminating deed restrictions [Z834-123] on property zoned an RR Regional Retail District with deed restrictions [Z834-123] with consideration for an MU-1 Mixed Use District, on the northeast line of West Camp Wisdom Road, northwest of the intersection of West Camp Wisdom Road and Clark Road
Recommendation of Staff: Approval of (1) an MU-1 Mixed Use District in lieu of a planned development district; and (2) termination of deed restrictions [DR Z834-123]
