This item authorizes a mutual termination of lease agreement between the City of Dallas and Kyndryl, Inc., for approximately 5,909 square feet of office space located at 1000 Belleview Street, to be effective October 31, 2026. The termination will provide office space for City services.
PRIOR ACTION/REVIEW (COUNCIL, BOARDS, COMMISSIONS)
On June 25, 2025, the City Council authorized a Second Amendment to Lease Agreement by Resolution No. 25-1083.
