BACKGROUND
On November 8, 2023, the City Council authorized a construction services contract with Viking Construction, LLC, to provide construction services for the 2024 Two-Year Term Agreement Slurry Seal and Polymer Modified Micro-Surfacing Contract by Resolution No. 23-1560.
This action will authorize Change Order No. 1 to the construction services contract with Viking Construction, LLC for the additional funding needed to complete the 2024 Two Year Term Agreement Slurry Seal and Polymer Modified Micro-Surfacing Contract. This change order will provide the funding to complete the projects identified for General Fund funding, while staff prepares for a new contract.
This item provides for the construction services scheduled for FY 2024 - 2026.
