Body

BACKGROUND

This new service contract will provide continuous hosting, maintenance, and support of ESO Fire software that links to the Fire Record Management System (FRMS) utilized by the Fire-Rescue Department (DFR) to the National Fire Incident Reporting System (NFIRS).  This software supports built-in data validation tools that assist DFR with ensuring fire incident reports are correctly filled in accordance with the NFIRS standards.

Key Benefits:

ESO’s integrated fire software products eliminates duplicate data entry.

The system then logs for the fire personnel the data needed for emergency calls

The system compiles that data into a required state report and sends the report on the fire department’s behalf.

This software also captures fire service injuries and exposures by documenting firefighter injuries, any exposure details, and runs reports to analyze frequency and trends.
