Body
BACKGROUND
This new service contract will provide continuous hosting, maintenance, and support of ESO Fire software that links to the Fire Record Management System (FRMS) utilized by the Fire-Rescue Department (DFR) to the National Fire Incident Reporting System (NFIRS). This software supports built-in data validation tools that assist DFR with ensuring fire incident reports are correctly filled in accordance with the NFIRS standards.
Key Benefits:
• ESO’s integrated fire software products eliminates duplicate data entry.
• The system then logs for the fire personnel the data needed for emergency calls
• The system compiles that data into a required state report and sends the report on the fire department’s behalf.
• This software also captures fire service injuries and exposures by documenting firefighter injuries, any exposure details, and runs reports to analyze frequency and trends.
