BACKGROUND
This project provides construction services scheduled for fiscal years 2026, 2027 and 2028. Bid specifications were developed and publicly advertised for three weeks in February 2026, for the 2026 Slurry Seal and Polymer Modified Micro-Surfacing Contract. Four bids were received and Viking Construction LLC was selected as the lowest responsible bidder.
