Body

BACKGROUND

This master agreement will provide for the purchase of a Multihog MX130, Bucher A9000 Airport Service Vehicle, Mack Terrapro 42R, and Cabover Chassis with modifications and MB4 Highspeed Rotary Blower. This airfield surface cleaning equipment is critical to maintaining airport runway operations.  Contaminate removal equipment is essential to rubber, snow, and loose debris removal from runways as required by Federal Aviation Administrations' Part 139 Regulations.  The ability to maintain the airfield, runways, taxiways, entry roads, and other airfield pavement without damaging the surface extends the life of airfield surfaces to ensure passenger safety as required by federal, state, and local regulations.
