                     ASTM E3303 pavement management implementation

IMP: Analysis and narrative for streets and alleys based on different detailed budget scenarios finalized withing the previous steps.

State of Good Repair determines the PCI levels that designate whether a section in the pavement management system is in condition A, B, C, D, or E. This will enable the city to begin full state of Good Repair reporting for their assets.

In addition, The Kercher Group, Inc. will provide Pavement Management Ongoing Support (including Alleys); and will provide Supplemental Asset Management Support, as provided by our subconsultant, Floodace, LLC.
