BACKGROUND
After the completion of the Dallas Love Field Modernization Program in 2014, there has been rapid growth in its demand capacity within a short time span. To meet the demand capacity needs while providing excellent service to its customers, the Department of Aviation issued a Request for Proposals for architectural services on building improvements with the Dallas Airport System.
