Title
Authorize a one-year cooperative purchasing service price contract with US Intelliwake LLC, for payment of licensing fees for using their proprietary web-based electronic invoicing and reporting software resources, through the North Texas Share Cooperative Purchasing Program for the Street Resurfacing, Sidewalk Replacement, and Capital Improvement Program Divisions of the Department of Transportation and Public Works - Not to exceed $425,000.00 - Financing: Bond Program Administration Fund

BACKGROUND
On October 25, 2024, the City Council authorized a five-year Master Interlocal Purchasing Agreement with North Central Texas Council of Governments for the North Texas Share Cooperative Purchasing Program by Resolution No. 24-1387.
The North Texas Share conforms to Texas Statutes that are applicable for competitive bids and proposals in accordance with the Interlocal Cooperative Act, Chapter 791 of the Texas Government Code. In addition, North Texas Share solicits and receives bids from manufacturers and dealers throughout the United States.
This action will authorize the City of Dallas to have a one-year cooperative purchasing service price contract with US Intelliwake LLC for the software licensing fee to provide electronic invoicing and reporting resources to local governments, through the North Texas Share Cooperative Purchasing Program, to include the software invoicing capabilities for 2026 Annual Street Resurfacing Contracts, Sidewalk contracts and CIP contracts.

On October 25, 2024, the City Council authorized a five-year Master Interlocal Agreement with the North Central Texas Council of Governments, to contract with eligible entities to perform governmental functions and services, including the purchase of goods and services by Council Resolution Number 24-1387.
