BACKGROUND
The request for qualifications (CIZ-DWU-22 309E) was issued in July 2022 for the 2022 construction material testing services. The consulting firm, UES Professional Solutions 44, LLC was selected following a qualifications-based selection process in accordance with the City of Dallas procurement guidelines.
This action will authorize a professional services contract with UES Professional Solutions 44, LLC for the construction material testing services for pavement surface improvements for Cockrell Hill Road from La Reunion Parkway to Singleton Boulevard scope of work. These testing services are required to ensure that the material utilized during construction is in conformance with the quality required by the project specifications.
