BACKGROUND
On January 20, 2025, the Park & Recreation Department issued a request for quotes from three playground equipment manufacturers, through the Omnia Partners Cooperative Purchasing Agreement, for replacement of the existing playground for Glendale Park located at 1515 East Ledbetter Drive. On February 18, 2025, three bids were received, and Kompan, Inc. had the lowest quote in the amount of $1,112,958.00.
This action authorizes a construction services contract with Kompan, Inc. for the replacement of the existing playground equipment located at 1515 East Ledbetter Drive as part of the Glendale Park Masterplan - Phase 1 implementation project.
