Authorize a three-year cooperative purchasing agreement for a Snow and Ice Response System solution for the Department of Transportation and Public Works with Samsara Inc. through the General Services Administration cooperative agreement - Not to exceed $102,628.00 - Financing: General Fund (subject to annual appropriations)

BACKGROUND
This cooperative purchasing agreement will provide a Snow & Ice Response System utilized by the Department of Transportation and Public Works to improve operational effectiveness of snow and ice vehicle dispatching, reporting, and tracking. This includes automated vehicle location devices for City equipment, improved reporting and tracking of equipment usage, and labor hour tracking.
