Body

BACKGROUND

This action does not encumber funds; the purpose of a service contract is to establish firm pricing for services, for a specific term, which are ordered on an as needed basis.

This Supplemental Agreement will provide for continued administration of the Dallas Accelerator Program (“DAP”) for the Office of Procurement Services. DAP supports the growth of existing small businesses in Dallas through educational resources, entrepreneurship support, and capacity building to strengthen long-term stability and sustainability.

Since 2023, DAP has graduated 178 participants, including 75 under this contract. An additional 70 participants are on track to graduate this year.
