BACKGROUND
This action will authorize a construction services contract with Jeske Construction Co. for the construction of three alley reconstruction projects as Alley Reconstruction Group 17-8003.
The scope of the project will include replacing the existing deteriorating alleys with reinforced concrete pavement, driveway approaches, storm drainage system, and other miscellaneous items needed to complete the project, in accordance with the plans and specifications.
The following are the locations and construction costs for each project:
