BACKGROUND
This contract will include concept design development for park amenities, surveying, geotechnical and cost estimation services. Existing park amenities include a trail system, small pedestrian bridge, erosion control ponds, playground, and parking space. The project site for the pedestrian bridge is adjacent to the existing parking lot located on the south side of the park.
