The Dallas Sidewalk Master Plan, completed in June 2021, is a targeted path forward that is aimed at improving pedestrian mobility. These projects will be constructed with funds from the 2022 Certificate of Obligation Fund, 2023 Certificate of Obligation Fund, Street and Alley Improvement Fund, General Fund and CSLFRF Funds.

This action will authorize Change Order No. 2 to decrease the construction services contract with Vescorp Construction, LLC dba Chavez Concrete Cutting and deduct the Development the Federal and Community Development Block Grant Funds due to the Federal and Community Development Block Grant required provisions absent in the 2022 Dallas Sidewalk Master Plan Improvements Contract.
