Authorize a three-year cooperative purchasing agreement for Seraphic Security Solution for the Department of Information and Technology Services with Netsync Network Solutions, Inc through The Interlocal Purchasing System agreement - Not to exceed $1,049,760.00 - Financing: Data Services Fund (subject to annual appropriations)

BACKGROUND
This cooperative purchasing agreement will provide the subscription to Seraphic Security, an enterprise browser security tool. This product prevents browser exploitation, detects, and blocks web-based attacks, protects user credentials, and provides a comprehensive set of controls to prevent browser-based data leakage or loss.

The Interlocal Purchasing System agreement is authorized by Chapter 791 of the Texas Government Code and Subchapter F, Chapter 271, Texas Local Government Code. Section 271.102 of the Texas Local Government Code which authorizes a local government to participate in a Cooperative Purchasing Program with another local government or a local cooperative organization.
