BACKGROUND
This action will authorize the rejection of the proposal received for solicitation BJZ23-00020876 for Youth Homelessness with a focus on LGBTQIA+ sheltering services.
The Office of Homeless Solutions determined it would be in the best interest of the City of Dallas to reject the proposal and intends to move forward in coordination with the Office of Procurement Services with a new solicitation.
