BACKGROUND
This item, on behalf of Dallas Water Utilities, authorizes the conveyance of a trail easement containing a total of approximately 52,422 square feet of land to the City of Irving for the construction, maintenance and use of trail facilities across City-owned land, which is used for the Elm Fork Trinity River, located in the City of Irving, Dallas County Texas. The easement is needed for the proposed Campion Trails Phase 1 Project.
The purchase price is based on an independent appraisal.
