BACKGROUND

This action does not encumber funds; the purpose of a cooperative purchasing agreement is to establish firm pricing for services, for a specific term, which are ordered on an as needed basis.

This cooperative purchasing agreement will provide for program assurances services to support the implementation of the City's new land management system for Department of Information and Technology Services. This agreement will authorize program assurance support services during the implementation of the City's land management system. Gartner, Inc. will provide program assurance support services by helping the City mature its readiness to undertake project implementation including project resource management, data conversion strategy, project governance and vendor management. Gartner, Inc. will continue to provide ongoing knowledge transfer to the City's project team during implementation and help ensure the success of the implementation with active risk management services.
