BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the acquisition from Wendy's Properties, LLC, of approximately 2,320 square feet of land located, near the intersection of Executive Drive and Northwest Highway for the Northwest Highway Easement Acquisitions Contract 14-235E Project. This property will be used for future infrastructure improvements. The consideration is based on an independent appraisal. There are no relocation benefits associated.
