BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the acquisition from Texas Ranch Land, of approximately 540 square feet of land located near the intersection of Louisiana and Ramsey Avenues for the Water and Wastewater Main Replacement Design Contract #18-283/284E Project. This property will be used for future infrastructure improvements. The consideration is based on an independent appraisal. There are no relocation benefits associated.
