BACKGROUND
This item, on behalf of the Parks & Recreation Department, authorizes the conveyance of an easement and right of way containing approximately 4,107 square feet of land to Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC for the construction, maintenance and use of power lines, power poles and electric transformer facilities across City-owned land located near the intersection of East Clarendon Drive and South Marsalis Avenue.
This easement will provide electrical power to the Dallas Zoo Falcon Project.
