BACKGROUND
The Request for Qualifications (CIZ1917) was issued on September 16, 2020 for the construction material testing services. The consulting firm, Globe Engineers, Inc., was selected following a qualifications-based selection process in accordance with the City of Dallas procurement guidelines.
This action will authorize an engineering services contract for the construction material testing services for construction of the Alley Reconstruction Group 17-7001 and Montfort Drive. These testing services are required to assure that the material utilized during construction is in conformance with the quality required by the project specifications.
Globe Engineers is a registered vendor and has an office located within the corporate city limits of Dallas, Texas.
