An ordinance authorizing a correction to Ordinance No. 33121, previously approved on May 28, 2025, which amended Planned Development District No. 468 to correct Section 51P-468.109.6.(b)(2), by adding a missing provision regulating a boutique hotel - Financing: No cost consideration to the City

BACKGROUND
On February 12, 2025, the City Council approved Ordinance 33121, an ordinance granting a new subdistrict on property zoned Subdistrict B within Planned Development District No. 468, the Oak Cliff Gateway Special Purpose District; on the west line of North Zang Boulevard, between West Canty Street and West Neely Street.
Subsequent, to the passage of the resolution, it was discovered that the Ordinance excluded language in SEC. 51P-468.109.6. (b) (2) stating “A boutique hotel may be rented on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis and is not limited to a 14 consecutive day maximum rental requirement.”
