Title
Authorize a three-year cooperative purchasing agreement for a citywide business and technology professional development and learning solution for the Department of Information and Technology Services with Enterprise Training Solutions through the Department of Information Resources cooperative agreement - Not to exceed $432,323.25 - Financing: Data Services Fund ($288,215.50) and Information Technology Equipment Fund ($144,107.75) (subject to annual appropriations)

BACKGROUND
This action does not encumber funds; the purpose of a cooperative purchasing agreement is to establish firm pricing for services, for a specific term, which are ordered on an as needed basis.
This cooperative purchasing agreement will allow for continued use of the vendor hosted online portal for all City employees to access predeveloped business and technology content from a library of over 35,000 training assets for self-paced and live schedule/virtual learning courses including videos, eBooks, audio books, prescribed learning paths and certification prep training. This solution will allow departments to supplement existing employee development programs.
Some advantages of the solution include:
* Access to 10,000+ business and professional development training assets in various categories including Microsoft Office, verbal & written communication, management, leadership and team building, finance, project management, and customer services materials for all City employees.
* Access to 25,000+ information technology training assets including cloud computing, infrastructure support, software development, coding, and web design.
