(26-3068A) Authorize (1) the application for financial assistance (Grant No. TBD, CSJ 2618DALAS) from the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Aviation Division for the design of the Taxiway Echo Phase II Project at Dallas Executive Airport (RBD); (2) establishment of appropriations in an amount not to exceed $844,000.00 in the Taxiway Echo Phase II Design Grant; (3) a local cash match from the Aviation Fund for 5 percent of eligible project costs and any project costs exceeding the maximum TxDOT reimbursement of $844,000.00; (4) the receipt and deposit of funds for reimbursement from TxDOT for up to 95 percent of eligible project costs, not to exceed $844,000.00; and (5) the designated City representative, at the appropriate time and with the appropriate authorizations, to execute the grant agreement and all terms, conditions, amendments, and documents required for implementation of the project - Not to exceed $1,311,300.00 - Financing: Aviation Construction Fund ($467,300.00) a...
