BACKGROUND
This item, on behalf of Dallas Water Utilities, will authorize the conveyance of a trail easement and two temporary construction easements containing a total of approximately 30,359 square feet of land to the City of Farmers Branch for the construction, maintenance, and use of trail facilities across City-owned land in Dallas County. This property will be used for the City of Farmers Branch Westside Trail Project.
The purchase price is based on an independent appraisal.
