BACKGROUND

On September 10, 2020, the Regional Transportation Council awarded $3,836,092.00 to the City of Dallas for the construction of a shared use path and intersection improvements along Ross Avenue from Greenville Avenue to Interstate Highway (IH) 345 ("Project") through their Transportation Alternatives Set-Aside Program. This program requires local funding for engineering design and environmental review.

On September 22, 2021, the City Council authorized a professional engineering services contract with Criado & Associates, LLC, formerly known as Criado & Associates, Inc., to design the shared use path and intersection improvements for this Project.
