BACKGROUND
This item grants a private license to Gilliland Properties, Ltd. for the use of approximately 375 square feet of land to install, maintain, and utilize fifteen bollards without illumination on a portion of Knox Street right-of-way located near its intersection with McKinney Avenue. The use of this area will not impede pedestrian or vehicular traffic. The term of this license is forty years.
The licensee will indemnify the City and carry general liability insurance naming the City as an additional insured.
