BACKGROUND
This item authorizes the abandonment of portions of a slope easement to QIP 1201 Turtle Creek Owner LP, the abutting owner, containing a total of approximately 2,302 square feet of land. The areas will be included with the property of the abutting owner to construct an office building. The cost for this abandonment is the minimum processing fee pursuant to the Dallas City Code; therefore, no appraisal is required.
