A public hearing to receive comments regarding an application for and an ordinance granting an amendment to and an expansion of Specific Use Permit No. 2076 for an inside commercial amusement limited to a live music venue and dance hall on property zoned Tract A within Planned Development District No. 269, the Deep Ellum/Near East Side District, along the southwest line of South Crowdus Street; between Clover Street and Canton Street
Recommendation of Staff: Approval for a seven-year period with eligibility for automatic renewals for additional five-year periods, subject to an amended site plan and amended conditions
Recommendation of CPC: Approval for a seven-year period with eligibility for automatic renewals for additional five-year periods, subject to a revised amended site plan and amended conditions
